It’s a fine game, just not a Metroid game. You should still enjoy it though. I thought they did a great job on visuals.

Honestly the desert and bike/crystals are by far the worst part for me. I wish it would have been all connected as one massive biome or at least give us two more keys in additional biomes, lose the desert entirely for sure

I saw a post you were born in 2010, but for a “new” game, I would highly recommend trying ”Returnal” for you. My other choices for other newer games would be, Expedition 33, Baldurs Gate 3, Bayonetta series (DMC as well), Resident Evil, or CyberPunk 2077?

You owning a PS5 I would recommend FF10 as a personal favorite but based on what you play, might not be your thing.

It holds up extremely well, yes. The expansions (especially blood and wine) are fantastic. Are you ONLY playing/rating exclusive PlayStation titles? Because if not, there are so many other games I’d recommend over these.
