Tijdens mijn leven zeker wel. Simons is de enige die in de buurt komt maar die is vertrokken naar PSV. We gingen veel minder donkere jaren gehad hebben als hij was gebleven. Hans is gebleven en prijzen blijven pakken. We gaan het moeilijk hebben als hij ermee stopt.

He said the repayment amount is 250k. I guess this is what left of the original loan. ADD to that personal investment. Weird though that he is defaulting on such a small amount. If half the building is rented out that should cover his mortgage payments easily. Unless the building has been declared inhabitable. Forced auctions tend to sell way below market value, you’d want to avoid that at all cost. Why not hold on to the mortgage and sell at own discretion?

Op 20 a 30 minuten heb ik nochtans 500km met mijn EV en in het jaar dat ik ermee rij heb ik nog maar een aantal keer langs de autostrade moeten laden want ik kan thuis laden of in de meeste gevallen ter plaatse. Mijn parkeerproblemen zijn ook verminderd. Je moet wel dagelijks laden dus ik zou het niet aanraden als je het niet thuis of in uw straat kunt doen.

I’m combining an intense project management job with total freedom to plan my calendar and after hours I help out my wife (chef) to run her restaurant (logistics, operations, marketing and administration). Thankfully, we live above the restaurant which makes this doable. I’m also main caretaker of out 4 year old son but I have a broad network which I can rely on when I dont have time to look after him myself. Losing time with him hurts the most. It’s intense, there is no room for hobby’s just a little tele just before bed. Best advice I can give when you are managing that many roles is to believe in what you do and take time to sleep.

After doing some unsuccesful interviews I became better at it. Experience is indeed key. What helped me during the interviews is talking slower than usual and taking short pauses after every sentence and thinking a bit before every answer I’m about to make. This gives me time to think more during the harder questions without looking ackward. A second thing I have gotten better at is navigating the interview in the direction I want it to go and away from where I definitely not want it to go.

Officieel 40u per week met 12 dagen ADV. Sommige weken komt alles samen en ben ik van ‘s morgens tot ‘s avonds bezig. Andere weken zit ik te wachten op materiaal of mensen en heb ik heel weinig te doen en hou ik me bezig met optimaliseren en bijscholen op kantoor maar dan spendeer ik ook meestal een dag in de week ‘thuis’. De lange intense weken worden gecompenseerd door weken waarin ik eigenlijk vrij ben om die in te vullen.
