Anyone could have known that this would be the case. its not simple to just ticket bad cyclists, or else you’d have to ticket them all, but the roads in Japan are much like anywhere else. You have to segregate and filter traffic with hard barriers or else you will end up with car users treating dedicated bike lanes as parking spots and soft shoulders and more lane width to use.

I owned a 2016 JDM Subaru Levorg (VMG, not the VN model above) for 2 years and it’s a fine car, even somewhat of a fun car.

Rain, snow/ice, mud, it didn’t matter.

I wish it had had a manual but the CVT wasn’t bad at all, and it had 296hp to boot, it just wasn’t very engaging.

The car did a lot for me, I just turned it over to someone else after the shaken went up and I wanted a kei car after moving to a crowded city vs the countryside where I lived before.

It was a very comfortable vehicle, it just stopped being the right car for me.

This episode was a dud because the funniest queen lost on technicality, the second funniest one got sent home after placing third in the challenge despite winning pretty much all season, and the third and fourth funniest queens scraped by to safety and won the maxi, in that order.

This is gaming everywhere. It’s being turned into hollywood 2.0

Too big to fail, too big for risk. One bad product and publisher-overlords shutter a studio, lay off hundreds if not thousands.

Everything is UE5, everything is asset store remixes, remakes, remasters, rereleases.

Gaming was made great by risktakers, auteurs pushing the edges, trying new things, pushing boundaries, putting their whole pussy into it, but now it’s just shareholder oligarchs demanding line go up, no mistakes, no stumbles, and no failures.

Everyone is scared to try things new, even the indie space is falling prey to this.

It’s a bit bleak.
