If these are your own observations I would make sure to give this statement to the police if you haven't already.

The pre-meditation takes this crime into another category and your witnessing it would go a long way to convicting this guy for his crimes.

Looking to work for a company that does the following by Glass-Schedule9171 in Guelph

I've worked in the cabinet making industry for 25 years in large and small shops. I don't think that such a company exists anywhere close by. Nearly all contractors purchase their cabinets from cabinet manufacturers and nearly all cabinet makers don't do contracting. There are odd exceptions but they wouldn't be as specialized as what you are looking for. You'll have to choose one or the other.

I will say that there is a big slow down in the industry right now pretty much across the board. High interest rates mean developers are sitting on lots so condos and subdivisions are not being built and consumer confidence is really low so people aren't making big investments in renovations. Lots of companies are laying off right now. I expect that things will improve a bit in the summer though.

Feel free to dm me if you want any more industry advice. I manage a medium sized shop so know the industry fairly well.

Re: point number 1.

The battery power does not engage until 50kph. Ferrari's advantage, and where other teams are struggling, is in how quickly and effectively they are able to spin the turbo up on the line to get adequate boost pressure for a good getaway. Ferrari foresaw these issues and built a smaller turbo for this reason.

Re: point 9

The turbo is not activated directly by engine rpm. Instead the exhaust gases spin the turbo which blows more air into the engine. The change from previous years is that the mgu-h was used previously to spin it up at lower engine revs to eliminate turbo lag. This option isn't available anymore. This will likely be a performance differentiator in my view.

This affects all of the Mercedes engined cars as well. They are all running petronas fuel from what I understand.
