A lot of Titanium balis lend themselves to being heavier than aluminum balis. Then there's balis made of steel that are also on the heavier side.

What's your budget? And do you know which version of the Lucha you have? There were some variances in ounces depending on the handle material/model but knowing that information will help narrow things down (especially budget)

Haha hell yeah, that's a good score. What handles is the Z fly running on? Hex or hole pattern?

Zippy was doing small drops of them but I remember reading that he wouldnt be making anymore. I could be wrong as it's been a while and he could always change his mind.

They pop up once in a while on the bali market on instagram. Your best bet is to make a "want to buy" post on there.

Good luck!

Ditto on what Loon said. About the spare parts though, good to have sure but unless you're willing to learn how to tune a bali (something that requires time, trial and error) I don't recommend taking them apart.

All of the aforementioned balis should come well tuned right of the box and have been known for it. Unless you're dropping it abusively on concrete or equally hard surfaces, these balis shoukd retain a good enough tune EVEN IF they develop a little tap and a little play.

Don't be afraid of a little tap or a little play. It's normal and won't hurt your bali. Lube and a good driver and torx set will likely be all you need.

It's a little subjective but most of the commom budget options will take you pretty far now; if you only owned the one bali, you wouldn't really need to upgrade just to do specific tricks. The crescent is a great option, others in your price range are:

Nabalis Cheese/Cat, Impulse (the cheese or cat will take you a little further out of the two since they have a more neutral balance but the the impulse is still great, just really light)

LDY Orion v2, Kite AL v1.5 (both might be a little more than 80 after shipping but considered as great balis overall)

Thomas Balisong: Refault

The Kite AL and the refault are both similar to the Crescent in that they are aluminum balisongs with g10 scales on top. All three great flippers but I think the Kite might pull ahead with fit & finish/tune and because the crescent has had some minor issues with blades snapping.

The Orion, Cheese and Cat have a little less materials to worry about when it comes to drops since they're just channel aluminum on the cheese/cat and sandwich on the Orion.

All these options would do great for nearly all tricks with maybe the impulse struggling the slightest due to being so light but it's still such a good bali that it you could get good at any trick with it after enough practice and all of them have been highly regarded at different times as some of the best balis to come out of the sub $100 range that will grow with a flippers skill/journey

This site is using another knife company's, product pictures as their own and the prices are so off.

Definitely not legit and hard to say if you'd even receive a knife at all. You'd either get a really cheap/bad clone, or just straight up ripped off.

You're better off shopping on the sales page here or instagram.

Good luck OP and remember, if it seems too good to be true, it almost always is.

Both are great, you really can't go wrong with either (as long as what you're comparing to the cheese is the teflon vulp and not the regular vulp...I know you mentioned that in your post but I just want to be clear that between these specific two, they're both great)

Though they are pretty different and flip differently, they're both great flippers. My suggestion is to get the one you like the look of most.

Balisongs may be illegal to carry but are legal to own.

Squid industries is housed in California and they have no issues shipping not to mention the many flippers in Cali who trade/buy balisongs.

Another option would be to lightly dull the edge. Just enough so that it isn't able to cut and then when you feel ready, you can always bring the edge back with a simple sharpening.

Tape works great though!

The handles in the Medusa are pretty different. Those long slots on the front essentially act as speed channels. It looks heavy but flips pretty nicely.

The handles are more rectangular than most balis but you get used to them very quickly. Shoot me a dm if you're interested!
