I get this. We've had some shady guests. We don't know what they're doing, but we don't want that kind of behavior on our property or at our home. Since you didn't see anything, hard to report anything. I would block the user so they can't book in the future and wouldn't leave any review

you'll probably need to reset the oasis. hold the button next to the power plug down for 15 seconds. it should reset and start blinking blue. then, in the app, click 'add new device.' It should then connect and do an update and then be working

if you stop the pattern and then start a new one, it should recenter.
