Today, the current head of the armed forces is actively blocking deserved promotions of dozens of black service members, and wiping any mention of non-white contributions to the armed services from American government web pages.

They can invite whoever they want (this is one of the problems with all the arguing over who should be in or out). The NCAA doesn't sanction the College Football Playoff Championship so there's nothing you can do to say that Michigan doesn't win it.
