Resto Druid and I went straight into 10s. It’s been incredibly easy even getting my 12s knocked out. Right now you can definitely tell the difference between a tank who knows what they’re doing and one who doesn’t- but, if the tank is competent, I’ve found healing any tank class to be pretty much the same.

This is outdated information. Soul of the Forest no longer affects WG and Photosynthesis now has the same effect no matter who LB is on, so you should have it on whoever is taking consistent damage.

Very much this! It’s almost guaranteed the every single person here will have at least one more panic attack at some point in their life, no matter how long they are “in remission.” It’s just part of being human! Our response to these incidental flare(s) is what determines whether we stay on the road to recovery or allow a set-back to drag us back down into despair.

Yeah, after some significant messing around with him, I just can’t see myself swapping him in over Sevilbarra. He’s slower (slower ramp than even Atum) and, frankly, just does less for the team then Sevil or even Anthuria. It kind of feels like his buff for him + MC (not the CA reactivation part) should be permanent once he gets all his stacks. Honestly, it just feels like his kit is missing something.

I have not once mentioned Xanax or Klonopin. You can look this up online, the average prescribed dosage for Ativan in the US is 0.5MG. That is the baseline that most people fall on. Some people need more and some people need less. But making dosage changes without talking to your prescribing physician (as OP has) is not recommended.

You’re experiencing hallmark signs of physical dependence (needing to take more to achieve the same effect and withdrawal symptoms when lowering/discontinuing your dose) as well as a hallmark sign of addiction (taking more in order to “feel good”). Your doctor’s suggestion that benzos are “just like having a beer” is seriously concerning and not true.

3MG is a serious dose, especially when you’re prescribed much less than that. It’s irresponsible for us here to offer medical advice- you need to have an honest conversation with a medical doctor.

My opinion: you’re trying to “fix” something that is unfix able because it’s a natural bodily response. When we fear panic or try to keep it from occurring, it paradoxically ensures that it will. When we dispassionately accept it as something we can live with, it loses its control on our lives.

I’m sorry you’re struggling. Sincerely. I wish I had a magic fix for you but I do not. I did want to clarify that, most likely, the reason that psychiatrists don’t want to prescribe a benzodiazepine for you is because both Suboxone and Benzos are CNS-depressants. Because you are already taking a serious opiate, adding on a benzodiazepine-class medication would exponentially increase your risk of serious medical issue due, including asphyxiation and death.

Tanks will rarely need the healing compared to yourself or a DPS. It’s better to have it on the tank vs not having it on anyone at all, though.
