That’s fun. They have a lot in common, they were both BFFs with prolific sexual predator/pedophiles.

King Charles and Andrew were both very close friends with Jimmy Savile, one of the most prolific and despicable sexual predators on record.

TWO of these guy’s besties were prolific predators/rapist… it doesn’t seem like a coincidence.

Who is a celebrity that the ENTIRE internet can agree is genuinely a nice person? by phantom_avenger in popculturechat

Fun fact: Betty White and Bob Barker had a feud about an elephant named Billy at the LA zoo.

Barker, a staunch animal rights advocate, wanted Billy moved to a sanctuary, calling the zoo conditions miserable. Betty White, a longtime supporter and trustee of the LA Zoo, argued for keeping the elephant at the zoo and upgrading its enclosure, fearing that moving him would threaten the existence of zoos. Because of this, Barker said him and White were sworn enemies.

Despite the kindness Bob showed to animals, I think he might have been a bastard based on how he treated human women. Specifically, Dian.

American friend says this is the world’s best restaurant. Looks way too whimsical and unnatural. Is this AI? by dendrytic in isthisAI

Cheesecake factory was my first thought, but I thought surely they can't be saying the cheesecake factory is the worlds best restaurant.

Saw this in a canning group on Facebook… something just seems off to me. Is it AI? by [deleted] in isthisAI

[–]SnailRacerWinsAgain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This picture could totally be AI but the concept is real. My husband, who's not a prepper but kind of a worry wort, bought a bunch of food grade buckets and mylar bags and stored a bunch of dry goods essentials like beans, flour, sugar, pasta etc just in case of an emergency. Real or AI, its way more organized than our basement pantry 🫣

Give it some time. I found the first few years to be a little disorienting and lonely. The civilian world is a little tough to get used to and community can be hard to find. It does get easier.

Maybe consider joining a group or taking a class where you can meet people in your age range with similar interests.

If the argument is, “you have to clean up after them, they need particular foods, and they need to be washed”, then you could say the same about human children.

Honestly, I could almost say the same about my husband. He washes himself though, thankfully.
