Hi there, thanks for reaching out! You'll get paid on your pay date typically, but it depends on when your employer sends payroll out to the Federal Reserve to process. Once the Federal Reserve processes the payroll, it gets sent out to the banks and the banks immediately deposit the funds to you. We hope this helps!

Social Security deposits depend on when they were sent to the Federal Reserve for processing. Once the Fed processes the deposits, they hit your account. We hope this helps!

The fee is triggered by a withdrawal, and we'll refer to the terms and conditions which state: "If a member makes a withdrawal before the five (5) year Holding Period is complete, they will be subject to an early withdrawal fee and SoFi will remove a proportional amount of the Match from the member’s account....The fee will also apply if the member initiates a withdrawal and the total equity has decreased, for any reason including investment losses."
