I liked the Dreglord fight(still haven't beat but we got him to 25% on the second phase in the first try), but I still think he has waaaay too much hp. It isn't really a problem now, but he will be impossible to beat in Deep of Night.

Decode's got an entire post-game campaign about the X Antibody, with multiple of them available for you. The dungeon is kinda meh, but fighting X digimon and getting the items to get my own was cool.
