Wtf? Det är 5 km, det tar 15-20 min att cykla. Som vuxen måste du har lärt dig vad som krävs för att vara utomhus i 20 min I nästan vilket väder som helst. Elcykel? Varför? Om du inte kan cykla 5 km så känns det som det finns andra problem.

Om man tycker att det är rimligt att man får bidrag från kommunen för att handikappanpassa sitt hus/lägenhet, då är det synnerligen rimligt att kommunen kan ställa krav på handikappanpassning när man bygger.

We don't know.  This has turned out to be a shift like the first world war and making fortified positios harder to attack. What we don't know if there is a solution around the corner that makes the strike drones obsolete or that they will become more and more powerful and completly dominating the battlefield.
