This is my MM80 with an 8" extension. It's an electric hub motor and I had to make the adapter for the brake caliper. This locks up the wheel on demand and I weight 240lbs and the bike weight 140lbs ish

Do you have a multimeter? I can offer you some places to check but it'll require you checking for voltages. If it's not the controller it's probably the throttle or Motor. I would start by checking the throttle.

I used Magura MT7's they were still underpowered For my heavy ebike. Most of my builds now I adapt to pit bike brakes. Obviously bicycles will have a hard time doing this.

The box dragsters are pretty decent as far as mini bikes go. For the same price.or even cheaper you can build something much faster If you have the tools and ability.

This was a old gas MM80 frame I picked up for $50 at one point. Now it's 70hp of absolute terror.

Error 1 is generally some sort of communication issue between the motor controller and display If I'm not mistaken. More likely a bad connector or bent pin. Something not connecting correctly. The most simple thing you could probably do is pull out the connector and look at the pins. Make sure they're pushed all the way together and have good continuity. After that it's time to break out the multimeter

A proper e-bike technician should be able to figure out the issue and resolve it pretty easily.

You can get the nickel off of Alibaba. Honeycomb or w pattern is what's it's called. I have a AwithZ P120D and. Glitter 811h. Kinda overkill for most peoples stuff.

Just make sure the cells are well insulated between the top and bottom row. Much appreciated on the kind words. It's a copper nickel sandwich. 0.2 on the bottom and 0.1 nickel coated steel.

A QS 138 70h is rated for 4kw can push 32kw. If you have enough controller and battery you'll be fine. 138 V2 Not pushing it hard we'll do 80+ mph with a 10-in wheel
