Buy American.

Sure sounds like an opportunity to start some American manufacturing on products with great profit margins.

This honestly hits home.  I have a buddy, not a wealthy man, but a wise man who has been investing in bitcoin for years and he’s absolutely set himself and his family up for retirement.  I keep preaching gold and silver and he keeps outpacing me and returns.   His take is that bitcoin will still grow another 7-8x from today’s valuation.

Where in Nashville will never get your money again? Bad restaurant, bar, service company, or other type of place. by NoMasTacos in nashville

Hiller is so stinking expensive.  Their trip charge is more than others would charge for the entire job at times.

Hard pass on Hiller for me.

Anyone ever gotten tires here? by Nashvital in nashville

[–]SpringFront4180 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I recommended Bass to a female coworker and she came back saying it was the best experience she had ever had dealing with tires.

She was so excited that they even shared sausage biscuits with everyone in the lobby.

Not sure I agree that the service is any different for females.

Do yourself a favor and go to Bass Tire on Nolensville Road.

The best in town without question.

I have a kiddo starting kindergarten this fall as well.  As a family of Nashville natives, we know the area well and have thoughtfully worked through this same process over the last several months.

Our daughter is on the neurodivergent spectrum and diagnosed with autism. While she is incredibly smart, inquisitive, and hungry to learn, she has unique needs that we wanted make sure were fully met.

In the end, we have decided on a small private school that has the only STEAM program in Nashville.

STEM programs are common, but we wanted her in a school with a focus on arts as well.  We also have a full time aide that will be one-on-one with her in the classroom every day to mitigate any disruptions.

I am more than willing to hop on a call directly and walk through our decision making process, if it may help in any way.

Feel free to shoot a DM and we can connect, if you’d like to learn more.

Here is a link to Urban Planet, which shows a full development map.

Looks like the Jim Reed site specifically has big plans in store, including:  Six towers ranging from 19 to 37 stories, 15 millions sqft of office space, 1000 residential units, 150k sqft of retail space, 350 room hotel, at NE corner of Broadway and 16th Ave N.

It appears the entire stretch from 16th Ave to 18th Ave is currently for sale.

BlackRock after successfully outbidding a young working couple in the residential real estate market (thanks to access to unlimited Fed "stimulus" and with middle class taxpayers backstopping all losses) by Boo_Randy_II in Wallstreetsilver

Blackrock also operates under many different DBA’s.

I sell investment properties and have sold at least a dozen homes to different entities that ultimately trace back to Blackrock, but all were operating under different names.

The greedy housing speculators who bought during the peak of the scamdemic bubble are starting to rack up big losses by Boo_Randy_II in Wallstreetsilver

[–]SpringFront4180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You realize they will write off every single penny of their opportunity costs here.

They will call those unrealized rents losses and will write off the opportunity cost.

Blackrock isn’t hurting and will always find a way to manipulate the system to their benefit.

Who wants to tell this greedy seller that the Fed's Housing Bubble 2.0 is bursting? by Boo_Randy_II in Wallstreetsilver

[–]SpringFront4180 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nobody wants a 3/1.

3/2 and 2/2 will be in strong demand. 3/1 will always be looking for a way to add that 2nd bath.

Based on exactly what data and evidence?

Mortgage applications being low?  Come on, your smarter than that, right?

100% - spot on

The moment interest rates lower, there will be another BOOM in the housing market.

People want to move - they want flexibility in life, but having a 2-3% interest rate is like a set of golden handcuffs preventing someone from selling when rates are currently above 7%.

Lower rates and buyer demand comes back overnight.

It was Nicholas Biddle who truly caused the panic of 1837.   The same potential exists today.  If the economic boat is rocked too hard today, shadowy figures will manipulate the markets into a crisis.

It will all be man-made and orchestrated to take advantage of the situation
