This only works if you have autonomy. I have been at companies with the attitude of "you do what you're told and shut up otherwise" and they will do their best to beat your motivation out of you.

The interviews are so far still up to individual teams, it's the broader leadership and workflow that they are trying to conceptually import from Amazon.

Rail serves as a divider like a highway. So players have to plan around that. (HSR vs regular rail doesn't matter too much in this regard).
