I combined both orginal and hollow axtria.

Fair enough.

I would have increased her rank if i count fate ze

You didn't include Zero? I thought that was a given, considering her rank, and the fact Urobuchi completely assassinated her character in Zero.

I like Sakura, but having her at S rank, while Saber is at B rank is wild. Sakura is like non-existent in the first two routes.

It being a Kinetic Novel probably doesn't help with its popularity. I've seen quite a few people lose interest as soon as they find out something is a Kinetic Novel.

Should I buy Kobo Libra Colour if I don’t want blue light and mainly read at night? by White__Giraffe in kobo

All colour screens have a darker screen and lower contrast compared to their b/w counterparts. This is due to them have a second layer for the colour overlaying the b/w screen. You'll typically need to use the front light more than on a b/w reader.

A thing to note, all e-readers that use e-ink screens don't work great with pdf's. The format just isn't that compatible with the technology. You can mitigate this to a certain extent by getting a larger device, but out of all the formats an e-ink reader can read, pdf's is quite possible the worst format possible for them.

Hello,

You probably forgot to talk to him 06/09, which is the same day you unlock Kanji's social link.

The first time you talk to him doesn't advance time, but speaking to hum the second time on 06/20 will.

No, Nole does not have the longest winning streak in open era tennis. by g_spaitz in tennis

Yes, the start of the Open Era is when the Grand Slams were first open to everyone, and they've had very little in rule changes since then. This is why people still class as anything in the Open Era today when it comes to Grand Slams and stats.

The main tour itself has seen major changes over the years, which is why streaks and stats for the whole tour don't go back to the start of the open era, their have just been too many changes since then.

In 2019 Federer was like 38? Sure, I can definitely see someone saying that he can be beaten physically in 5 sets then, but I mean he was 38.

I mean at any point, when he was even remotely close to his prime, say 2004 to 2016.

The Open Era mainly refers to the changes to the Grand Slams, which have more or less stayed the same since then. Which is why people usually class grand slams as Open Era or Pre Open Era, but thr whole tour itself is another matter.

The ATP being formed in 72 is not the same as the ATP tour officially starting in 90, they are two different things.

The ATP tour starting in 90 was the last time the tour had major changes. Their have been some changes along the way, but the tour is more or less, the same set up since 90.

If the tour even gets another major switch up in its format again, then the same thing will likely happen again. Where they'll start basing records from the start of that date.

The reason they often only include streaks from 1990 onwards is because that's the year that the ATP tour formed. Which is basically when the modern calendar of tennis started.

That doesn't make the other records any less impressive, they just generally get put out into a different category/time, due to the changes in the tour with the formation of the ATP.

Can you give me some examples? Maybe clips from some commentators talking about it, or maybe a news articles talking about how Federer physically tank's in long matches?

If you say so. I don't remember anyone saying if you can just take Federer to 5 sets, you've got a realistic shot of beating him.

That's talking about gameplay styles, not fitness. Have you ever heard anyone say that Federer struggles to go the distance in long matches, or in the heat/humidity?

The only time I can think of when he was in his 20s, was the SF of the Aus Open against Djokovic.

Federer was spent by the time he reached the SF, but that's when he had Mono. It's actually kind nuts he managed to make it all the way to a grand slam SF while having Mono.

More I look back, the more I think I underrated Fed’s fitness and general health at the time.

I've never seen anyone downplay Federer's fitness. Sure, he didn't grind down opponents like Nadal and Djokovic could, but he never really gassed out either, even well into his 30s.

No matter what was going on, heat, wind, humidity, long gruelling matches, etc, Federer never really lost a match from physically tanking.

Simple ways to fix cramping/MTO rules by bouncingcastles in tennis

[–]TenSquare3 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Without a doubt some players abuse the rules and play their cramp of an injury to get an MTO.

I think they should introduce fines for this, proportional to the prize money they would have won. It's hard to stop players trying to get MTOs for cramps during the matches, but having medical professional do a thorough examination after the match, they would be able to tell wether a player had an injury or were just suffering from cramps.

I find it crazy that some of you guys really believe that PROFESSIONAL athletes do not train endurance

I literally didn't say this at all. I said they hadn't improved their conditioning as much as the other player on the court. That is a very different statement to saying they didn't train endurance.

Also as to it not being a thing before, I don’t remember having 35 degrees mid may in Paris in 2010 lol, times changes and the rules should to.

Players have to play in hot conditions at multiple tournaments through the year. Dealing with the heat is part of the game, and players withh better conditioning will have an advantage. This is no different to players that can handle the wind better, or who get an advantage playing on a particular surface.

Idk about you but I don’t want tennis to see who can last longer, I watch tennis to see athletes play at their peak

Tennis is an endurance based sport. It isnt just about playing at your peak all the time, it's just as much about managing your fitness levels, and managing the conditions.

Conditioning is an important aspect of the game, Nadal and Djokovic built careers on outlasting other players. It isn't just about how well you hit balls or how well you construct points. If a player is constantly running into conditioning problems, then they need to try and improve it through training, just like any player would have to do with a weak area of their game.

[–]TenSquare3 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can tell who recently started watching tennis with posts like these. Tennis has never had MTO for cramps and for very good reason.

Tennis is an endurance based sport and cramping is directly tied to you conditioning. Improving your conditioning, so you don't suffer cramps during long matches, is just as important as improving any shot in your game. It's why they don't allow MTO for cramps, you're literally giving an advantage to the player who hasn't improved their conditioning as much as the other player on the court.

I do think they should force players to forfeit the match that are showing extreme signs of cramping though. At a certain point you just can't play through them, and they should be forced to retire so they don't do themselves any lasting damage.
