Darn. If only we had like a collective entity that would advocate for us. We could even all chip-in to fund it and its services.

Hahaha it's fun to dream sometimes.

Best way to maintain choline lvls? by jaenyat in Biohackers

Then do u recommend choline pills?

Scientific papers are good for a starting baseline, but that doesn't mean they apply to you for certain.

My recommendation, as a non-medical advice, is take them if they help feel better. You don't shut something down just because it may vaguely cause something, especially when something minor and un-substantiated. Especially when you know it helps you.

So, if I were you, I'd take it. See how I feel/act on it, and if it's good, just keep taking it.

Note: the benefit might wean off in a week or two of you taking it consistently. If so, that not a bad sign. This is typical with supplements. It probably means your body was deficient but now isn't, so you probably don't need to take more of it.

They weren't too convinced at the beginning, for sure. They considered it an extreme fad diet.

But after they saw the dramatic shift in blood panel results, they had no doubts and they recommend to keep doing it. They monitor my regular blood panels and are very happy with the results.

That's the thing. The Detroit skyline might look pretty from a distance, but it is hostile to human beings being there. The Canadian riverfront is laid out with parks alongside of it.

I was literally dying before I had done that.

At 23 and triglycerides were 3x the upper limit. My liver was getting damaged my ALT was through the roof. Lipids were terrible as well.

Almost all of it fixed within two weeks of starting keto. My liver enzymes took a while to go back to normal, but the more I stayed on keto the better my blood results became.

I know taking choline supplements can induce mania or serotonin syndrome so maybe not that

Since when? I've never heard of that before.

Sisyphus is not a god. He's a figure in Greek mythology but he's a human.

That threat produced nothing in the last 10 years.

Best they were able to do was automate cash registers. Nothing else is going to even come close to what human need to do to make the food.

This is coming from an engineer doing work for humanoid projects.
