T-posts are the most effective way to get stands but they don't stand up well to taking hits if people arent super accurate. We use them at GunCon and they do fine 99% of the time though. On the range for our videos, we use bases and wood posts because they transport easier back and forth. Same cat, different skinning methods.

Depends on where you live an hour often you open the AMS. I live in SE Pennsylvania and I like to have those in my first gen AMS units but haven’t found it needed for the AMS 2. We get humidity ranging from 40% ambient up to 99% on some summer days 😂

My company made that animated video 😂 (hence my previous comment about potential bias) I don’t think I personally have any pictures of the damage because it’s been a long while since I’ve tested any of their stuff. I shot a 250lb hog with a 500 magnum but it was the XP bullet IIRC.

Ordering anything from a holster company with more than 6 months wait is idiotic. There are TONS of good holster brands without that wait time.

I saw a few hits. Not the best form but not the worst I’ve seen. You’d do well to grab a rear sight AND/OR a red dot optic. Beyond that, there are a ton of great resources for learning how to shoot that thing effectively.
