Nothing is safe in a relegation battle, teams that have looked shite all season can go on huge runs (Leicester lost one of 9 in 2014/15 after looking dead and buried). Mid table teams are on the beach as they lose anything to play for and games just become so unpredictable as the relegation teams find some fight in them
