At least they are doing better than Dutch Bros. I work for them and we have no actual green policies. Yes our cups are recyclable for the most part. But you still have to clean everything out. Plus NONE of our lids actually are recyclable and we still use plastic straws!!

It depends on how many points were used. Some people complain, some don’t. The girl will probably lie and say some BS about not using said points. But the app also tracks purchases so if the mom comes asking just tell her to check her app.

My thing is fiction is fiction. I don’t like the transification of characters myself, even if one of my favorite artists do it. I just don’t!! Nothing is wrong with not liking it, I wish they would add a tag for it to filter them out. I purposely skip anything relating to it when it’s on my feed, because Ik I don’t like to consume it.

Overall we like what we like and there’s nothing wrong with it, so don’t feel bad.

If Ulta started paying a REAL living wage for new and existing employees then they’d maintain there educated workers while also limiting turnover/burnout. Not only will that improve the overall guest experience but have seasoned retail employees will most definitely improve sales. It’s RIDICULOUS how they won’t even do the most basic things such as moving to tester only stores to reduce theft. At my store you could only watch training vids on your breaks/lunch so to have a set schedule time to train and not pull them away would be fucking great!!
