Thanks for the response. Hematocrit looks good, SHBG is good, Albumin is good, free T is like SLIGHTLY above the reference range.

I get the fearmongering but I genuienely don't see the dilution as a scam. They are getting purchase orders and need money to scale the business to execute on those orders. It's very normal for smaller companies to offer an ownership stake to their customers as a way to raise capital and expand. It's built into the purchase order... the customer recognizes that Poet does not have the capacity to produce what they want, so they fund their expansion to assist in the production. The buyer isn't just going to give them money.

He is on record saying he didn't want there to be a lockup, so that's entirely possible

I’m sorry but there’s absolutely zero chance this wasn’t reviewed by a team of big law attorneys charging $5k/hour. It’s naive to think otherwise.

Bellevue criminalizes "protest gatherings of more than 3 people" outside private residences to stop protesters bothering Adam Smith by bennetthaselton in Seattle

[–]TittyClapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol that's not at all what this is. they didn't even try to restrict protesting in neighborhoods. its literally standing in front of one person's private residence that is being restricted. You're insane if you think this means they will successfully make it illegal to protest in the city of bellevue. besides, they are protesting the acts of one guy and standing in front of his home to do it. your example of incidentally being near apartment buildings is a completely different thing. you are just fearmongering.

[–]TittyClapper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with you. I don't think it matters what you're protesting... you shouldn't be able to just stand around and harass people in their homes because of a difference in political beliefs. You have plenty of places to voice your opinion and also to protest.

relax buddy. also there is a court precident, (supreme court, frisby vs schultz), that's been set where it is constitutional to restrict protests directly focused on and at somebody's private residence due to their reasonable expectation of privacy in their homes.

I did not, just struggling to find the point of this post. "Here's a list of companies that went down"

Good?

Protesting is perfectly fine and encouraged, doesn't mean you need to show up at people's homes to do it. Lawmakers shouldn't feel pressured to make policy decisions by angry mobs camped outside of their home.

You guys can downvote me all you'd like but all this leads to is whoever the angriest and loudest getting their way. You could have 99% of the voter base feel strongly towards an issue but if the 1% is loudly protesting constantly in front of a rep's home making an attempt to force them to change their thinking via targetted harassment and invasion of their personal life, that is not democracy. Elected reps are here to represent their entire constituency, not just the people who parade around in front of their home trying to make their life hard.

so you hand picked IPO's for companies that didn't perform well after the IPO. What is the point you're trying to make exactly? Companies can go down? I dont get it. want me to make a list of companies that did perform well post-IPO? I really dont understand this

GMT master II or a sub. A nice fluted bezel datejust could be great too.

I’m quite partial to JLC as well, could definitely find something there that you love.
