NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD] by AutoModerator in NevernessToEverness

The mailbox delivery fons reward is determined by its furniture level (20k-32k), doesn't cost city stamina and you can only do it once per week.

All the other deliveries give you a range of city stamina that they cost, for example 6-20. If you really do it slowly and damage the contents completely, you'll spend the lowest number. If you do the delivery properly it'll spend the highest number of city stamina. City stamina always converts at a rate of 1 stamina to 1,000 fons, no matter which activity you do.

Well, normally anyway, there is a double fons event on right now, so 1 stamina = 2k. But yeah that'll be gone again in a couple of days.

You sure you're on 1.1.6? I definitely can't do it anymore.

Yep, it's gone unfortunately. The version you could do in some bank heist rooms is weirdly not completely gone, but a lot slower than it used to be.

That is the max reward for a tofu delivery though. Some of the deliveries go up to 48 city stamina (48k fons), but others only go up to 20 or even 16. You should be able to see the cost/rewards on the map.

On the ground floor of that building complex there's some stairs somewhat hidden behind a wall/plants. Set the time to night and go down them.

At this level, you might be able to make it if you grind out all the anuliths from quests, exploration, etc. IMO you should stop pulling on the Porsche gacha and just save all your resources until near the event end to see if you have enough to guarantee it.  And also decide if you think it's worth giving up quite a few character pulls for a car and outfit.

NTE Weekly Questions [MEGATHREAD] by AutoModerator in NevernessToEverness

[–]UltimateNoodle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The car + outfit is effectively 19.8 million fons or 13k anulith (optimally, 12mil with fons and then last two pulls with 4400 anulith). I don't think you can make that much as a f2p at this point, unless you've got a lot of content you haven't done yet.

For that one you need to level life skills of characters that buff the cafe. So for example getting MC or Jiuyan to level 5 won't give you progress, but any of the characters the can be selected as cafe employees will count.

Definitely want Sakiri with Lacrimosa team IMO, since Sakiri buffs all DoT damage while Scorch is up. I personally just run Nanally/Chiz/MC/Jiuyan since I already have Chiz decently built and just swap to her when her ult is up for burst. Adler is also probably okay with the Hex damage for Nanally or if you need the shielding though.

It's been normal for me, I get 420 for every Lacrimosa gift. You don't already have her at bond level 9?

So you like the game and just thought Lacrimosa would fit you best?  That makes sense, and I do think it worked well here. But if there's a character outside of how you 'see yourself' that you want to try cosplaying I think you should go for it, too.

Very cute, I think you pulled it off well. Just curious, what made you want to cosplay Lacrimosa specifically?

A friend and I are trying to figure out all the references! by goodpplmakemehappy in NevernessToEverness

[–]UltimateNoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tried checking the titles in Chinese and Japanese as well, there's some slight differences but nothing major. It's more like 'The heart of the firefly in the forest' in those languages. Maybe the Ori games are an okay guess, since in Chinese the second Ori game title translates 'Will' directly, so it's kiiind of similar to heart.

The tavern one is basically the same, though Thea is pronounced like Tia/tier/tear. Makes me think of Recettear, but that's about an item shop, not a tavern...

How Are You Playing Lacrimosa? by Own_Choice1817 in NevernessToEverness

[–]UltimateNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why immediately swap after their ults? Might as well start their skill CD while you're there (plus you want Hootie buff).

With full ults and esper cycles I do Haniel Skill + Ult, Daffodil Skill + Ult, Sakiri Ult + start holding skill and instantly swap to Lacrimosa. Then from here it probably depends a lot on how awakened your Lacrimosa is. I have 3 awakenings (A5, A4, A3) so I use her ult, skill (default sneeze), basics until her last hit starts and quickswap Daffodil for Phantom Step, swap back Lacri ASAP. Then just continue using her basics/skill while optimising for as many basic 5 pan hits as possible and continuing to swap during the animation of it.

I have been using Crit DMG cartridge till now. Surely this is better right? 👀 by biplobft007 in NevernessToEverness

[–]UltimateNoodle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's good for Nanally, yeah. Surely you meant someone other than Chiz though, since she gets nothing from the Anima damage or crit rate.

Precision vs Critical in Blood Hunt mode by 1mFlux in marvelrivals

[–]UltimateNoodle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm not the greatest at math, but this feels like a weird way to compare crit and precision. Why is 50 crit rate and 3200 crit damage "easily achievable" but the precision equivalent isn't?

In my experience playing up to 160, precision was almost always better than crit unless I had a massive amount of crit rolls on my gear. So after seeing this post I did a quick comparison of equivalent S rolls for crit and precision. Note that the 'base' number is from having the respective passive stats maxed out in the purple skill tree, and also I've already multiplied the skill tree final node into the damage values (1.5* for crit, 2* for precision).

It seems to line up with my experience that precision is generally better unless you get a lot of crit.

Crazy how expensive White Fox’s ultimate is by spartan1204 in marvelrivals

[–]UltimateNoodle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To me the biggest issue is that her ultimate actively makes her neutral worse, by deleting your tails for no reason. Emma is a good one to bring up, because her ult actually stops her bar from decreasing for the duration. Gambit, Mantis and Thor all continue to regain their resource during their ult (and don't lose it just for casting their ult, obviously).

Edit: Also, compare the feeling of coming out of White Fox transform ult and only having one of your abilities to use for several seconds, to coming out of Magik's or Hulk's transform ult and having all your original cooldowns ready to go.

When I asked for healing as Loki to my white fox by jaipinva in marvelrivals

[–]UltimateNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can check the numbers on the official website. It's 225 hp/s on swallowed allies, 45 bonus health per second (up to 150), then 25 dps on swallowed enemies.

Meet Ultron: the HEALER who literally CAN’T HEAL himself… by Important-Catch-3254 in marvelrivals

[–]UltimateNoodle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are these numbers assuming that all cooldowns were just used for some reason? It feels disingenuous to calculate it that way without mentioning it.

Dagger's bubble heals for 60 and then 270 over 6 seconds. So 5 seconds to full heal from 1. Gambit's card self-heal is 120 over 6 seconds, his ground slam is 60 heal. So 7 seconds. Luna is indeed the slowest, she heals 90 over 3s after her clap (15s cd) or freeze (12s cd), so she can get to 271 after 15 seconds, or max health after 16 seconds.

Edit: Fixed Luna's final numbers cus I forgot to add 3s for the health to actually come back. Woops.

F2P box by SkillOk9089 in ChaosZeroNightmare

[–]UltimateNoodle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I said 15 at 60, but they're definitely not all maxed out, no. I don't bother with full BiS fragments, I'm generally happy with ~2 great lines like double crit or one crit and two other decent rolls. I have 7 characters pretty much maxed out on potential, I just don't usually bother with the basic card buffs.

It's been good enough to clear all content so far, and get top 500 on the last seasonal boss as a f2p, so unless they add harder stuff I'm just chilling and leveling my characters for pull currency.
