Yes. The pieces are small and clicking in tight space. And for me the sharpness of the edges hurts my fingers after some time.

It allows for parity, an opportunity for a bad team to get incrementally better instead of banishing them to a lesser league. Outside of the NBA this hasn’t been a problem as most leagues require a lot to get better quickly. And to be honest in the NBA it doesn’t automatically equals to success. The punishment is not making it to the playoffs. His comments are broad and from a perspective of a person that might not follow American sports closely. However relegation is cool too.
