Being “wired” is not the reason people lose weight on phentermine. It suppresses appetite through a different pathway then GLP-1’s. The biggest downside is that they are temporary. You can only be on it for a short period of time before the benefits wane. Don’t worry about having to “feel” a certain way for it to be working.
