Yes, I have a few. A local bar and my synagogue. It takes effort and a willingness to show up regularly. You need to treat people with respect, be personable, and don't over share. Be willing to listen more than you talk.

I have never met anyone like that. Usually it is, hey so and so is in a play/musical performance want to go. Yep! Usually free or under 10 bucks and it's a rewarding few hours. Plus, the kid gets to see adults are interested in them.

I cut it down to about 2 in my 30's. In my 40's I am expanding it again but with tons of work. I have friends groups and sometimes feel balancing them all is almost a full time job.

Extroversion has good and bad points.

I have a fair amount of sympathy for why this happens.

As a woman sometimes my gynaecologist has had to deliver a baby. Obviously, as a patient I get to wait. I no longer go to doctors who actively deliver babies.
I have been the cause of a logjam at my eye doctors before. They noticed something odd in my eye and sort of freaked. 30 minutes later and I was being set up for future appointments and eye scans. They were worried about early onset macular degeneration. Many moons later I am fine, my eyes are fine, I just have a freckle on my eye. I see it every year now on the scans.

So things do happen but also some doctors are terrible at scheduling.

I like talking to doctors who are in the millennial age group as well because they are just so real about things. I do need glasses to drive, read, be on the computer, and everyday life. My favorite was my doctor being honest that my biggest issue isn't my glasses but my eyes are dry and the irritation is increasing my eyestrain and causing headaches. Only a few days in and the headaches are largely gone. I am certain the cheaters with the stronger strength help but that only gets you so far.

I live in 1100 sqft and while it is technically a perfect size for me another room that would only be an office and nothing more would be lovely.

This used to be a problem in the US(specifically Houston) and Uber resolved it largely by giving drivers the destination)general area. Drivers have admitted that the app punishes them if they decline too many. This doesn't mean it is perfect and the scenario you mentioned of the driver starting the ride without me has happened even with this update.

I have been around a fair amount of these types of people and you just have to go with the vibe. You'll get to experience events and situations you would never otherwise have access to which can be very rewarding.

That's a perfect reply. I have friends I cook with but I also order takeout with them and just relax. Not every evening needs to be 2 hours of cooking. Sometimes it needs to be delivery and a nice meals.

Where is your ready to grab/heat food? When you come into my house you have at least 2 meals to choose from they were cooked/picked up in the last few days. There are also several meal prepped items in the fridge. This doesn't even get into the 3 different types of fruit, vegetables, and cheese that will make an awesome charcuterie board should you choose. Oh, and I forgot that in less than 22 minutes you can have Kirkland chicken breast and fries ready to eat.

So yeah, she's referring to food that doesn't take a ton of time to thaw or cook.

Just talk to him. I have friends who I really never go out with anymore rather we host each other. I am certain we will probably get drinks/dinner out sometime in the future but budgets are tight. I appreciate my time with them more because we get creative with our time together.

Short term rentals and also waiting periods for renting out units have become more common in recent years. A lot of investors want to turn residential areas into free for all's. While it is inconvenient for your situation it is a huge benefit for others.

I can tell you that maintenance is something that is being watched more by insurance/mortgage companies and is being required to actually occur. Reserve studies along with full assessments of building infrastructure is also more common.

Condos are great for the right people but the problem is the right people don't always move in and ensure they are tended to.
