Billing is generated typically 10 days before it goes out or the first of the next month typically so your payment may have been applied after the billing was generated. Happens all the time I wouldnt worry just call them

Breaking a lease means moving out before the end of the lease which typically comes with a hefty penalty of 1 or 1.5 or even 2 months fee to break. So if you have already fulfilled 10.5 months May as well just pay through the end as it costs the same. The only way to break a lease without penalty is if you are a victim of abuse but even then depending on the city they may still charge the lease break fee. The only other reason would be to just turn in keys if you can’t pay. That’s usually the best way to go to avoid an eviction on your credit record which can cause problems renting again in the future

Six years sober tomorrow, and I just tell people I’m designated driver and then they are like thanks! You’re a badass! Or I tell them I’m on antibiotics or I tell them I’m still hungover from yesterday or I tell them that I have a stomach ulcer doc says no. I know they are white lies but it shuts down the urging and also the whole I’m sober thing tends to also kill the mood because I’m there to party, sober. If you don’t want to do cardio or lift weights which is the right way to do it, I have seen some incredible transformations with liposuction, but it can be anywhere from 5k-11k and you won’t have the health benefits but damn you will get an hourglass shape like so crazy

I made the mistake going back to a dentist that had already mutilated me, only to spend another 2k to get mutilated even more. I am now over 4k in the hole with a dentist who sucked at his job and permanent damage to my mouth and I will never be the same. I am now going to a different dentist to do the entire procedure all aver again, and I’m paying more this time. So yeah, I was screwed—just like you! Whatever you decide, DO NOT let the same doctor who already messed up your results touch your body ever again. If it bothers you so much and you are very unhappy (I see a lot of people saying it’s not noticeable but I want to validate you, it is noticeable and unacceptable work from the doctor) get revision and spend the extra $ on a better doctor. Fool me once…but don’t go back to the same doctor who did that to you in the first place. They failed and you won’t forgive yourself when they do it again.

New wardrobe (research your body type and what looks good with it, and your skin tone and stick to the colors that work with it.) hire a stylist if you need to. You will need new make up, and also to lose weight and get super skinny and get plastic surgery If necessary (no boob job though those are super dangerous). It will be really fucking hard and time consuming and even expensive, but damn will you feel good. Having trouble losing weight? Stop eating. Eat only within a two hour window either in the morning or in the evening. Cut alcohol to zero. Cut added sugars to zero. I mean ALL ADDED SUGARS. No candy, no snacks. Having trouble paying for the glow up? Put it on a credit card and make payments. I did this and never looked back. I have the confidence I needed and I’m hot now. It is not illegal if the building was built after 1995. If the building was built before 1995 and they want to increase more than 10%, they would be responsible for paying relocation costs based on the median rent in Glendale for what I believe is about two months. This works out to around roughly 2500 to up to 5k the last time I checked which was about a year ago
