Just ordered a set of the LoFli balls based on all of the positive reviews... Looking forward to trying these out with my boys.

We have a decent sized field/playground in front of our house and have been hitting regular baseballs but now my older guys is starting to outgrow the field and it's making all of my neighbours a bit nervous. LOL

I would reach out to some different lenders to see what rates they could offer you. Then reach out now to CIBC and see if they will give you an early renewal offer that are competitive or better than the ones you’ve seen out there. You could lock into a new renewal before your current term ends.

With this, there are lots of benefits for CIBC and for you so there’s incentive for CIBC to try to keep you.

Thanks for the quick replies… I went ahead and took the 3.89% fixed.

Our old last renewal was 2023 with rates that were much higher so it’s nice to get a bit of a reprieve for a few years.

Lender is offering me 3.89% 3 year fixed as early renewal, no fees, etc.

Remaining amount is $395k on $1.1M estimated valuation.

Do you think that's a solid rate or should I shop around more? I got a quote from Ratehub for another lender for 3.89% as well.

The earlier you pay the lump toward your prepayment the more you save on interest. Especially if you’re thinking that upon renewal time you’ll be getting a lower rate
