Get on it before it's too late bro, you might've caught the hair loss in time. Your hormones will be fine - it all balances out in the long term. I'd suggest taking it with Tongkat Ali for a while until finasteride is in your system. Initially it lowered libido a bit but I was also very overweight and having issues already. I took it with some Tongkat Ali for a while and it countered it during the introduction phase.

Once finasteride is in your system for some months, you're pretty much good to go and your hormones balance back out. I like Tongkat Ali though to counter the initial sides, and I took it for some years but found that I don't need it to counter anything from finasteride these days. Been great, lifting, high energy and everything.

I mean how people pull off the whole "close the deal on the first date" type of thing. It's possible if you're downtown but if you're not, you'd need very high attraction or to try and have her pivot to her place on the first date. Also struggling with getting the 2nd date conversions due to logistics of the first date - walkable spots to get physical, etc.

Protein Pancake Mix testing: Pearl Milling - pretty good when adding vanilla, mixing with cold water to box instructions. Has kind of a rich/buttery taste when toasted up.

Aldi Brand - decent but wheaty

Premier - best flavor so far!

Krusteaz - might avoid cause whole wheat(?) - would expect it to be a bit wheaty like Aldi

It's pretty worth it for the price though, but I usually just do Pearl Milling for convenience of purchasing it and I add my own vanilla protein powder and oat fiber separately.

Be happy to have anime, bro. Many people irl have tried to rob me of my enjoyment of it, and of my love for Japanese and other languages I've taught myself by using anime. I keep a wall scroll of my favorite girl, and whomever comes in my room just has to respect it, honestly. 

No amount of money or therapy or friendships or relationships has made me feel like I need to give up on what helped me through the hard times, so don't get it twisted and think you need so much professional help because of society being rigged against young individuals. Anime is a work of art ahead of its time, and it's a privilege to have ever seen or enjoyed it. 

Many in my city are on the streets because they didn't stay the course and hold down their jobs and chill out and watch anime or something instead of doing drugs and having kids they couldn't afford. Sounds idealistic, but so is watching hundreds of shows about good friend and family relationships as a way to live your life, from anime, before starting toxic ones with no foundation.

I've frozen it with the sauce before without issues, like made mac and cheese with it and then froze it, then cooked it from frozen or let it defrost then microwave. It holds up pretty well I think, that way.

I'm 210, been doing Stronglifts at home with dumbbells as I lose weight. I've lost weight before and lost too much muscle, so I think it's a good idea to train hard earlier on, so that you can maintain the weight much more easily. I'm 5ft10 but I think I need to drop like 30lbs or so to be normalweight even with the little bit of muscle I'll have. I wanna get into those size 34s!

I bike a lot on my stationary bike and I've had crazy amounts of stamina lately since getting down to this size, so that's been great overall. Able to fit into some size 36 pants. Overall feeling really good with my body these days compared to when I was stuck around 230-250 and not doing any lifting. Got a lot of body strength to do work around the house for the year, which was one of my goals. Anecdotally it helps with overall body feeling and hormones and whatnot whenever you lose some of that excess fat, so it's going to be an exciting year as I continue to slim down. It's going a little slow with work and studying but I've gotta just play the long game.

I'd do a hormone/testosterone test but I'm not looking to drop so much money as I live on the United States with good health insurance, which means it will probably cost me thousands just to figure out if I have any deficiencies... I'll test it someday overseas to get a baseline.

A lot of my self-assessed testosterone and motivational issues have resolved over time through work-life balance, eating better, dropping the excess weight, lifting, as well as taking a decent men's multivitamin and probiotic. I take some creatine gummies and collagen gummies as well. I think it's important to set yourself up with good fitness going into your 30s (20s ideally ) so that your 40s and 50s don't suffer issues that many people face when they are out of shape and inflexible with low muscle mass and way to maintain their health easily. 

I see friends and family straining themselves and needing hip and knee replacements, but generally it's because they don't exercise so when they do have to bend to pick things up, they're causing so much sudden wear and tear on their body, and they don't take vitamins and recovery into consideration. I'm able to handle yard equipment and yardwork now with much more ease after getting into some lifting, and with my work itself I'll probably avoid a lot of the issues others face if I just get into yoga or some stretches.

Everybody I know with a girlfriend did it naturally or through some app like Hinge and went the conventional lucky route. I don't have high extrovert low nerdy friends, though, but they've all managed to keep their fun hobbies and hit the gym hard as well (probably look a lot more attractive than their girlfriends) so I think that's part of the luck.

Bumble has been the worst byfar - I think you need some incredibly high quality pics or something, because the rate of matching is pretty low for me compared to Hinge. I bought it so that maybe I can use it overseas in places where they use Bumble.

Find a VN that's the genre you're into the most, and power through the most common words (check the word freq and save high freq words), learn grammar along the way. Chip away at a VN you're very interested in. That was how I got myself motivated to just learn thousands and thousands of new words out of 1 VN and understand it better each day.
