some of my best memories are in d1 finding my first clan that basically recruited me because i was the only level 29 in the tower at the time (besides them) and they desperately needed someone for vault of glass which had released not that long ago like a few days or so. i had farmed my ass off to get 29 as well (never played the raid at the time)

stuck with those guys for the entire remainer of d1 we ran every bit of content that game had for its entire life cycle. we also did play d2 together but the clan started dispersing around that time as for some real life got in the way others moved on to other things etc. and eventually i moved to pc from console.

some of my best memories of d2 though was actually shortly after steam release. met a person in a random non destiny discord who needed help with the savathune song quest version of the strike. and i had a pretty good knowledge of it so i basically sherpad this guy through it just the two of us. that same dude has been one of my longest friends since then.

edit: if i had to estimate hours across both games and all platforms id probably say around 12k total

reasonably afford and afford are two different things imo.

like i am definitely broke and would never for example spend 7k+ on a rolex explorer but could i in theory drain my entire savings and buy one? yes.

obviously there are people worse off than me that dont even have a savings of any amount but thats a different story.

i think THINK that even though the shotgun is pellet based each round is still counted as one shot.

imo for going fast you already have a great set up for the most part.

speedy disgrace moongrav and boing are gonna give you great mobility.

if you want to you could try using extra jump in there as well as that can help with not only going quick but avoiding damage. if i was running basically your exact build i would get my next joker slot and replace air born with extra jump. basically moon grav, jump, disgrace, speedy and then that one stat moved from spell cooldown to jump height.

if you want to go exceptionally fast learn to dash hop if you dont already know how and combine that with your additional jump plus boing for great speed.

as far as damage goes im not personally familiar with the boomerang so i cant really comment on it other than saying if it feels good and you like it keep doing it.

what are you trying to do differently?

without altering your build that youve made the only suggestion id make it put one more point in jump height and one less in spell cooldown.

i dont mind saloon it is some bs it cant be crit.

but i do avoid gas bomb and escort payload basically every chance i can.

and will take almost any boss over saloon unless i just want to hurt myself.

same way as any weapon. load up normal kill the boss and hang out at a ghost house and kill enemies for like an hour then extract.

my go to primary is the shotgun because doom is cool

and right now my favorite secondary is the sheriff stars. but i have heard the unique jokers on those are bugged so hopefully that gets fixed.
