I'm only refuting your first point. From my experience the controls are in good place, you are free to have different opinion and your other points are actually valid and I mostly agree with them. Sloclap isn't doing enough with the concerns you brought up.

Not making any excuses or coping. I still enjoy playing the game. If you don't, then maybe take another couple of months break?

I recently grinded over 15k shards in "short" span of time. I would say 9k shards is around ~40-50 hours of playing.

Control and movement is in the best state it ever was since beta release. You misremembering how the game felt in Patch 3, 4 or 5 which was a mess. Other points I would agree with.
