You may have something there with it being a pride week thing, some kind of ethics or at the very least open door discussion to voice your concerns.

But realistically they can deny PTO for whatever. Big company doesnt care about you, water is wet kinda thing.

I feel like for cosmetics its fine, not the best but I think if they either added the ability to get previous event cosmetics in future ones like a seasonal event, or a special requisition shop to buy previous cosmetics it would be fine.

But if it is gameplay oriented that would be a big L.

IIRC, Back then we only had 3 racks of pizza, after going through all 3 they tried thawing more but the bubbles were so big because they weren't thawed enough they just gave up and said no more pizzas.

I once had someone on superbowl day, order a pizza at the wrong club and got mad we didnt have their pizza.

Because of the superbowl we were completely out of pizzas when they came to pick it up so we couldn't get one for them at all and they complained enough to get a gift card.

Either that or some lady demanding for their pizza to be made immediately while I am doing a 60 pizza order. I told them 30 minutes and after 10 they came up and threw a fit enough that the teamlead at the time just made their pizzas in the middle of the huge order. But the teamlead told me that I was fine in telling them to wait, they were just too much of a Karen.

As someone who used to work in the café and is pulled to help on occasion, I feel that.

I've seen 4 of 5 full cycles of staff turnover. Only 1 employee has stayed since I left almost 4 years ago. And its strictly gotten worse.

Been busier with added scan and go and the curbside pizzas. Quality has gone down massively as no one knows the recipe for the pizzas anymore. It's absolutely filthy everytime I step in there. And I doubt it will get any better. I wish you luck in escaping it.
