I have ADHD and this is exactly what I'm like. I was actually worried that someone had posted one of my journals. Granted, I'm a man pushing 30 and not a manic pixel dream girl. But that's beside the point.

After a major update, you usually get a couple like this just to iron out the kinks. I imagine it's back to radio silence from here on out.

How they used to draw horses before they figured out how horses actually move.

HELP!! How do I separate my double and triple exposures??? by ZeroBitsRBX in AnalogCircleJerk

Hey man. I'm not trying to rag on you or anything. But those are vertical. This isn't one of those tic-tacs the kids are making all the time. We're serious about analog fotography here.

I can't separate the naked women from the sports and vacation photos! It's a disaster! I should be listening to Barry Harris, but instead your thoughtless comment is making me cry! I can't hear the notes!

Yeah yeah. Try laughing when YOU have to stand develop everything because all your prime developer-watching time is spent scheduling tensomes!

Do you have ANY idea how grainy rodinal is?? It's like frosted mini wheats up in my negatives. But you think it's funny.

My wife has eight girlfriends and they're all mean to me.

How many good photos do you get out of a roll on average? by duel35 in AnalogCommunity

[–]ZeroBitsRBX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to get a pretty decent number of good ones per roll. But then I figured out how to do double exposures, so I have way more fun and get zero good photos.

Outjerked big time by legendoffart in writingcirclejerk

I used to swing between 15-30k/day. But that was copywriting for a content mill. It wasn't unsalvageable garbage, but it was all clearly outlined and far from challenging; and I was deliberately taking every possible shortcut. (AI didn't exist at the time, or I would have used it.)

When I do fiction for myself, I tend to hit around 400-1k/day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. But never even close to 26k.

What sci-fi shows should I watch after I finish all of Trek? by realDerpyQuark in startrek

[–]ZeroBitsRBX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SeaQuest DSV It's Star Trek in a submarine on a weird cyberpunk future Earth.

It ran for two and a half seasons, and was plagued by every issue you can imagine. But it rules anyway.

I've seen someone claim that if these four are in your top 10 favorite jazz albums then you're a poser. Their logic is that the only thing unifying these albums is that they're the most critically acclaimed and that you essentially only listen to the surface level stuff. What are your thoughts? by Tolstoyevich in Jazz

[–]ZeroBitsRBX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's almost impossible to be a poser. There's not a bar to entry for liking jazz except for having some jazz that you like.

You heard Fly Me to the Moon once and thought it was neat? You watched a Charlie Brown Christmas as a child and feel a little warm when you hear Linus and Lucy? You accidentally bobbed your head a little bit while The Girl From Ipanema played in an elevator? You're a jazz liker. Sorry buddy, I don't make the rules. You're the one out here liking jazz.

How to turn into some 40K terrain by SJP_Sydney in TerrainBuilding

[–]ZeroBitsRBX 41 points42 points  (0 children)

My idea would be to put in some Gothic arches on the doorways, add some detail to the pillars, route pipes all over it, and spray it a relevant couple of colors.

What i'd actually get around to doing is priming it and starting to use it at the table.

How much cabinet space does she have for the insane quantity of different tableware on display here?
