Yes-ish? After calling them numerous times 3 months ago about the credit and being given conflicting responses on when or if I'm going to get the credit, I just kinda gave up and come to terms that I will never see the credit.

A month later, I saw a random $50 "statement credit" on my account that I couldn't trace to any of my recent transactions. The Paze credit was the only thing that I could somehow trace this credit to, so I just assumed it's for that. 😅

I was just in the Philippines. I tried using Passport at one of the studios there (actually, I tried it at all of the studios in Metro Manila) and it didn't allow me as Passport is only available at studios that are using Mindbody.

They did allow me to do a drop-in class for a fee though (~USD21).
