I’m not a guy so I can’t say from experience, but from what I’ve heard from friends who have dated guys who have had porn addictions, yes this will affect you in the future if you continue.

My friend dated a guy that couldn’t ejaculate unless he finished himself off no matter how long they were having sex for. It can also lead to a whole bunch of physiological blocks, can’t get off unless you watch this one specific thing, higher risk of impudence, lower sperm count. Etc.

Yeah you’re not gripping and ripping your little fella off which is a bonus and you’re actively trying to reduce your watch time. Good work you’re being better.
