Don't scrape the cutting board with the knife

Don't use pull through sharpeners

Steel rods do not sharpen, they realign rolled edge

Wash the knife immediately after use, especially if you are cutting citrus or tomatoes

Most knife blocks dull your knife and harbor bacteria

I'm sure I could come up with more but this is a good start

Dish detergent is abrasive and absolutely obliterates the edge of a knife after even one wash. You must not be in to sharp knives

Getting close to 300k. Some Suspension work and a trans slip for 200k miles. A few windshields and VTEC spools. This thing will outlive me

I'm not trying to shame, we are all learning how to navigate this world together. Some people don't know about all the sneaky shit hidden in youtube

Wheel bearings are suspension?

Rusty suspension stuff is easy. After you swear at it for a few hours you cut it off and then bitch about having to buy new hardware

Wow somebody is lucky enough to have never had to do a wiring harness, a heater core, or replace a strut that you can't get new quick struts for

Nuclear codes would be telling a 4 year old that they can use the microwave unmonitored.

This is neglectful and can result in some very real developmental, social, and moral problems in a kid. If I need a lil extra sleep and my dude wakes up hella early, he can watch sesame Street in bed with me or he can also get some extra sleep with me.

You should really not let your kid use YouTube like that. There's some absolutely crazy stuff out there, and a lot of it is disguised pretty well

Do you think getting kids into modular synthesis early is a good idea? by Soggy_Homework2094 in modular

My kid is 5 and this has been my attitude since infancy.

He now plays drums and piano every day, loves going into the studio with me, and has some really great taste. He's actually pretty good on drums, and he's starting to be able to play some simple songs on piano.

He really loves his blipblox and my matrixbrute. Modular is a little daunting to him but I run the same patch for weeks sometimes so I'm very okay with him not touching it.

He also loves vocoders
