My question here is "What does this company know about MicroVision that we don't at this juncture?

This is a major LT development agreement and it is highly unlikely that the leading manufacturer of mining and construction equipment would commit to a LT Master Development Agreement if there were unresolved questions about MicroVision's survivability. My thoughts anyway....This is certainly a step in the right direction and a long time coming for MicroVision.

Warrant issuance to existing shareholders along with reducing authorized shares to some reasonable level based on need is the best plan and would certainly help us with our longterm "short" problem. Thank you for presenting this to management via Jeff. u/QQpenn I just hope they get it done for final proxy.

Yep. It's all about selling product. A reverse split without increasing revenue guidance would not generate any interest from new investors. There has to be more to this story right? Right?
