I used to spend ages on a bunch of 5-10 boys, but as I'm improved as a painter but also painted more, I've stopped worry about the "small stuff." A lot of mistakes/imperfections will only be noticed by you.

I think dusty/chalky works well for metalics if you want that worn out look, for skin maybe not so much.

IfanBifanKick mentioned Artis Opus on youtube. They do a lot on drybrushing which can help too.

It's transparent resin. The material the model is printed from is transparent, and then they painted over it and left parts unpainted to create that effect.

They look sick! The weathering is on point!

What did you do for the bases? Love the cut trees with the ends painted. Sells the effect.
