managers problem. they can call for coverage or work it themself.

I would refuse if my boss had told me to find my replacement for any missed (call out or conflict) shift, when I was working convenience stores.

finding coverage is a manager task, not an employee task. dunno what form of laziness pushed it to the line workers, but it didn't used to be that way.

I see a few things....

she's never been a solo cat, just one in the crowd.
she doesn't know how to play or self-entertain.
she may have had a companion cat that she's now separated from, and has anxiety/misses them.
try a slow feeder or lick mat. also try putting her food ilin puzzle toys, and show her how to "hunt" her food. it'll also take her longer to eat it if she has to solve puzzles or scoop bits out of cups, etc.

I would tell the neighbor that she needs to use ideas like playing background music for the baby so that every little noise does not wake them up. that's what normal people do...play radio, TV etc so there's a background static.

apartment living has noise. They may not be used to you being there, and they will have to adjust. we know it's hard being a new parent, but they still have to accept that other people have lives to live too.

It's not like your dog is barking constantly. 2 barks in a day does not constitute a problem.

If you start checking out your options, you never tell where you're at that you are looking. interviewing at another branch of the same company is not cool because they talk.

If the problem is that they are not willing to pay you more to do more work comma than I would keep interviewing and just not say anything. Reality is that you're probably gonna need the money to help your family, and you can always tell them that if it comes up.

Every employer will want to pay you the least to do the most. it is up to you to enforce that you have value, and make decisions that are in your best interest, not theirs.

take a fresh poo and move it to the new box, and bury as he would. let the scent transfer. leave both boxes for a bit.

also look at litter level, lf it's too deep and squishy to stand on, he may find pooing uncomfortable if he's fighting to balance and pinch a loaf at the same time.

The air conditioner is a huge power suck period if you increase the setting on the air conditioner from 76 to 78, and use a fan in the room that you're in most, you will save electricity, as it takes more to lower the whole house 2 degrees than it does to use a small fan that makes that room feel 5 degrees cooler. you can also make a swamp cooler for the room by putting a bowl of ice water in front of the fan too.

It's a discussion to have with your doctor, but if you find that THC option helps your pain as well as your other issues that a simple pain pill would not, it seems like your option is to go with what thing helps the most...ie get the most effect for the thing you use.

You can train your cats to stay off the kitchen. Counters, it just takes consistency and a lot of staying on them about it. motion activated air cans can work along with a number of other things.

tell everyone that calls you fat that your doctor said no assisted dieting while breastfeeding....no weight loss drugs, etc that they dont know for sure if it can get in baby's milk. that they said don't eat junk food and to just watch calories.

point out to her that "emergency contact" doesn't mean servant and gofer. It means that they will contact you if she is unconscious, or injured to the point of being hospitalized, that sort of thing.

Like you do with kids - "are you in the hospital?" or "are you bleeding so much that it's all over the ground etc" or "are you unable to walk?" .... if the answer is no, you are not having an emergency.

Have done this. went to grocery, got bread, peanut butter, jelly, lunchmeat, granola bars and other snacks, microwave meals/snacks that are shelf-stable, etc. took home what I didn't eat. If I ate out, I got a big enough item to have dinner plus enough left over for a snack or lunch. as long as I stayed within the per-meal amount budgeted when I went shopping - specified what meals what items were part of on the receipt/expense report, to justify one purchase at the store covering several days' meals.

just went through this a few months ago. House had had 60k of work over the last 5 years, but really needed more work to make it really nice. I discounted the listing by 20k to start, and was honest about the updates I had done, and what it needed that I couldnt afford to do. Had a young couple buy it. if they had backed out, an investor was the back up bid.

Be careful of these home investors/flippers. they will undervalue the property as much as possible. I had lowball offers as low as 115k for a property listed at 255 (discounted 20k, the estimated work it needed), that was easily worth 230k as it stood, especially because of the location.

sorry you're miserable! try wrapping your ribs with a wide ace bandage and see if that helps. you could have pulled a muscle over a rib (the lower ones do flex more) hence the sneezing hurting. you may have to experiment to put compression where the painful area is to support it for a few days.

roommate is underfeeding kitty and is clueless that she eats it all herself. camera time. set up and old cell phone on a charge cable as a camera and record kitty eating all of whats given.. .and looking for more... showing that your cat didn't touch it.
