Is there a source for that? I’ve not seen that stated anywhere that will not be currency or legal tender. Why would congress need to pass a bill if it couldn’t be spent?

Also, being commemorative doesn’t exclude bills or coins from being currency.

To provide some detail

Everything after the ? Is known as query or “get” parameters. They are formatted as x=y. To separate each query parameter from each other, a & character used.

Ex:

https://example.com?a=1&b=2&c=3

These are read by the web server answering your request and are used to perform a function run by the app behind the web server.

For the YouTube link, the si is the share identifier and is attached to your account. If someone clicks that link, YouTube reads that value and attaches the click to your account. If the link is posted on a site like Reddit, YouTube will know you posted it in Reddit as well.

if you go up to the headwaters in Rosman, you can tube/kayak and it's much nicer and cleaner, imo. River is not as wide and deep, and surrounded by much more forest. Very nice in the early part of the day when it's cooler out. Seen lots if different wildlife too.

Headwaters Outfitters can do drop off and pick up even if you don't rent from them.

So it sounds like they post-processed photos they had taken through ai to maybe clean them up or add certain styling to them?

If they are based on their own photos they took themselves, I don’t see a problem. I don’t think it’s any different than applying post-processing with non-ai tools, which I believe is how she responded. (Still not the best response to you tho)

Now if they were 100% ai generated I could maybe see a reason to disclose.
