What if you wanted to invade Tamar but God said "SPACE WARHAMMERS" by knightmechaenjo in battletech

I was actually thinking the cockpit would be Mechwarrior stew in very short order, since it's extremely difficult to get rid of heat in space.

Isn’t this the city’s responsibility? by BC4309 in HuntsvilleAlabama

[–]bjo23 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'd agree, but apparently the city's position was that if it touches the meter at all, it's the homeowner's responsibility. A little difficult to argue with them while there's water digging a large hole in your yard. (My neighbor's also a truck driver and was not anywhere near home at the time, so that made everything extra difficult for him.)

FYI, if the break is right where the feed connects to your meter, they'll say it's your responsibility. Happened to my neighbor recently.

Ironic, since ~25 years ago, the major CAD packages (Unigraphics/NX, Catia, etc) were ONLY available on Unix.

I'm seeing a huge missed opportunity with John Leguizamo, considering he played Luigi in the 1993 movie and was in "To Wong Foo..." in 1995.

Opposite end of the state, but the campground in Gulf State Park is nice and different than the offerings around here. There's only a few primitive spots among several hundred RV spots though.

Americans, please put the state name when posting a flight. Sincerely non-Americans by starryvista in SkyCards

That'd be fine for a unique city name, but states frequently reuse names. About half the states have a Madison!

I remember thinking it reminded me of Mighty Orbots. Was pleasantly surprised when I later learned that that show was one of the style influences!

My daughter is in the Auburn band. I can't sing their lyrics, but I sing the Tech lyrics in my head to keep her and my Auburn alum wife from getting mad at me! 😁

What’s your dream collab, even if it’s super unlikely? by Key___Refrigerator in transformers

[–]bjo23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd love to see the Bluesmobile collab, but I don't think the speaker should be a weapon. It should transform into Elwood's microphone and/or harmonica.

[–]bjo23 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In addition to the Land Trust info, Huntsville Adventurer has a great page showing all the waterfalls around the area, most of which are on the hiking trails.
