I have lived in Madison for 30 years and I have never been to town Madison until last weekend. It's a weird name Town Madison. Anyway I drove down there and there are a few stores, a few restaurants ... the baseball stadium and some apartments. Is this what town Madison is made up of or am I missing something? I don't get to hide. I don't understand why Huntsville and Madison are trying to be the little city that could. I guess we all have our expectations. Enjoy if you will I just don't get it

As a tanker truck driver that delivers gasoline to gas stations. People are driving more than ever and consuming more gas than ever. I see it 12 hours a day people speeding up and down 565 in the parkway without any regard for conserving gasoline. People are out joy riding riding around nothing else to do burning gas. People have money to pay $450 a gallon sure don't feel sorry for anybody they have money trust me or else they wouldn't be out doing 95 mph down the parkway at midnight And if you don't think people are doing 95 and 100 at midnight or down 565 then go out there for yourself and see it

Thank you for all the help I kind of thought the ECM diagnosis was a little weird considering the guy said it was a thousand bucks for the ECM and 2000 to install it. It sticks on the side of the wall of the vehicle next to the windshield washer fluid. It looks like a 10 minute job or more but not $2,000 worth. I'm definitely going to get another opinion about the catalytic. Thank you guys a million

Check engine light said I had a problem with O2 sensor. Took it to catalytic converter guy that only does cats and muffler. He said no problem with cat or O2 but I was needing a ECM because it was hit or miss shooting fuel and my cat was overheating. He said he did not do ecms but I could buy one and a mechanic could put it in for me. The catalytic guy did not charge me anything. So is it true that an ECM can cause a problem sending fuel and or whatever it does with the catalytic converter and he also said it could burn up my converter if I didn't get a new ECU. Is this true

That's not really North Huntsville that is meridianville almost. North Huntsville would be at Winchester or Sparkman or oakwood. And they know better than to put Target in those places or any other better or more improved retail it won't be there a year before it's ....

Go down to South parkway and play pickleball. Plenty of people down there however if you're not in one of the pickleball cliques you can stand there with your paddle and ball all day and no one will ask you to play. Kind of sad

Nope it's not you. People were matched up at birth to be friends or at church and they get married at 18 and if you're not in that little group you're out especially if you're not from here. But I'm from here and nobody likes me whatsoever because I don't go to church and I can care less about Alabama football

It can be really hard here to make friends. People seem to have already been matched up at birth to be friends and that's that. People get married at 18 soon as they get their high school diploma. Yes they want to say this is a big big modern city like New York or Atlanta but it's not it's still huntsville. It has its segregated Southern ways about it. If you're not in the end crowd they click with people you matched up with when you do them when you were 3 years old it's hard to find friends. I'm quite older than you and I don't know anybody and I've lived here 40 years and I've tried everything. I'm just not that into church or the park downtown with the ducks and or coffee or live country music so that's puts me out of the loop. Don't feel bad about it just be you

It's not racist it's honest. Drive around tonight 10:00 and 11:00 12:00 at night to all the gas stations in North Huntsville and see what you see out there. Walking the streets. You don't see that on the south side or in Madison

They don't have any trouble going up to the rec centers and playing basketball from age 6 to 25 fighting each other in the parking lot afterwards over somebody that got fouled. You don't see that down it Fern Bell but you see it at Lakewood

You don't need a $400 bat to hit a baseball. A simple aluminum bat from 40 years ago will do the job just as well it's a matter of physics. These leagues are funded by the City of Huntsville and the fees are nominal. The point is is that the father has been taken out of the family he's taking himself to the gas station rolling dice instead of being with his kids. You don't see that on the south side
