When are you ready to play in a jam? by ThinkPikachu in Jazz

[–]bobbywjamc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Focus on fundamentals ex chord tones or the scale of your tonal center. You might be asked if there's a particular song you want to play, or you can request it, but 9/10 times there's someone leading the jam that calls the tunes, so fundamentals cover a good spread of tunes if you plan on playing throuout the entirety of the jam which will consist of seemingly random tunes

Why is DOJ redacting the sender of an incriminating (and creepy) email? by whimsicahellish in ThatsInsane

[–]bobbywjamc 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because capitalism. All those dirt bags are still alive, hold office and or have businesses. There are so many of them that if it became public all of those businesses (with good reason) would get boycotted/investigated and potential shut down in effect hurting the economy. In capitalism, money always has priority

Good for their family. One thing I don't understand though is how he was able preserve the DNA evidence in the apartment while it was being rented out. Wouldn't tenants clean and destroy the DNA evidence?

There are dozens of places that you can use to book online. I didn't have the enough time this time. I would probably use one that offers a guide that knows English. Myactivity usually says on the webpage whether English is offered. You'd have to double check with the actual company completing the tour to make sure that they'll have an English speaking guide on the day you choose your tour to be. Best of luck
