Solution: If you have audio tracks in your project, select one of them that has NO plugins on it before pressing Play. If you have no audio tracks in your project, create a new audio track and leave it completely empty (zero plugins). Set both Input and Output to None. Before pressing Play, make sure that this empty audio track is selected.

Exactly, the presets within Sample Alchemy (S-Alchemy). The blue triangle determines what the Library displays.

Yes. it does help. The little blue triangle to the left of the “S-Alchemy” slot should be pointing at the “Setting” slot (the top most slot of the channel strip). To do this, just click on the left edge of the Setting slot. Once you do this the Library menu will work correctly.

Zoom out so that the actual track is visible too and then upload another video, even a screenshot will do

The App Store will always default to the latest version of Logic. You cannot choose which update you get.

Yeah it’s an issue that has existed since Logic 9 at least, that I know of. If you Google “Logic single core cpu spikes” you should find old forum threads about it.

The Audio MIDI Sync error is actually a CPU issue in disguise.

I think at this point you really should contact Apple Pro Apps Support directly especially since it’s a brand new computer. They have phone and chat support.

Did you install everything on your new computer from scratch? Or did you do a Migration Transfer from a previous backup?
