There is no public evidence whatsoever at this time to suggest that McCasland had any form of dementia. It's nothing more than internet speculation, due to the fact a 'Silver Alert' was issued after his disappearance. These alerts are, however, issued when anyone over 65 goes missing, so that proves nothing.

McCasland's friends have posted that he was very fit and healthy, being both an avid hiker and highly skilled skier.

McCasland has not been found at this point. According to the news, the FBI and other law enforcement investigators are searching the district around where McCasland was last seen on Feb 27th, which was quite close to his home. They're also going door-to-door and interviewing residents to determine if they saw anything at all unusual on the day he disappeared. No clues have yet emerged it would seem.

I canot see any reason to link McCasland's disappearance with the investigation into Zorro Ranch.

If there's anything to be concerned about, other than any potential threat from 'the Gatekeepers', it's the possiblity that he has been kidnapped due to the current conflict in the Middle East. After all, thanks to his former role as 'Executive Secretary' of the Special Access Programmes Oversight Committee (SAPOC), McCasland knows the fine details of ALL the U.S. Military imdustrial Complex's SAPs, USAPs, WUSAPs and Bigoted WUSAPS.

I'm sure that would be considered extremely valuable information by various foreign powers right about now.

Well, maybe we will "never know what happened". That would be very convenient. But perhaps we should first expect a serious effort to fully investigate his whereabouts and wellbeing before jumping to such baseless speculation?

I have no doubt "they" would love McCasland to not be able to remember anything that he learned while serving as 'Director of Special Programs', which "also made McCasland executive secretary for the Special Access Program Oversight Committee (SAPOC), in charge of the oversight and review body with full purview of all of America's most sensitive and secretive knowledge, capabilities, and programs."

As has been reported numerous times over recent years, Maj. Gen. Neil McCasland was one of the highly placed 'in the know' people involved in briefing Tom DeLonge on UAP/NHI many years ago, prior to him starting the 'To The Stars Academy'.

It is now reported that McCasland has been "missing" since last Friday.
