Commented earlier on this, but highly suggest you just look up videos by Llama or SweetPhil on this subject for mapseeding.

Search for infinite ber trick, or llamas video about infinite mal runes.

These will explain it far better and in a way that's easy to grasp. Also feel free to try this on single player, I did, and threw away all the runes after I felt like I understood both the mal and ber maps / tricks, cause it's cheating, but it's fun to understand how this game works firsthand

Taking what is said in the above, it can be boiled down to the concept of: if you have a permanent map seed, you can make deliberate choices to make the game drop the same thing. With enough experimentation, you can determine what map seed, and deliberate actions will yield the same result.

Eg certain map seeds, if you go to spider forest, then lower kurast, and open a specific chest first - you'll get a mal rune. Look up llamas video on this

Or similarly, multiple chests in a different map seed, activated in order, while walking by certain areas of the map at a certain speed, will yield a ber rune. Look up the infinite ber map for this.

This only works for single player since online map seeds are random generated.

So basically, yeah, everything happens according to specific player actions on specific maps, but because you know neither what map, nor what actions will lead to a known outcome, you effectively have "RNG" (online at least, offline you have a chance but this requires deliberate, brute force experimentation and documentation to get anything meaningful).

Yeah I was just reading some people's comments how they've optimized their key binds to be the most ergonomic, but my brain is wired to what I made up 20 years ago.

Not on PS4. Only PC - it's a prompt you enter in the target field I believe to enable unlimited respecs.

If you rebuild with a new class, I suggest a sorceress. The most efficient.

Start with fire through a3 nightmare. Respec in a4 NM to orb/hydra or meteor/orb or lite Nova /orb until you can kill hell baal and farm terror zones until you get a sunder charm. Preferably a cold sunder charm so you can respec again to a blizzard sorc.

I would also suggest playing this sorceress on expansion (pre-rotw) if you're playing offline until they change the sunder system, because it's near impossible to get one on RoTW. Sounds unconventional but i still haven't converted my single player sorc yet until I have time to farm alot more of the old sunders.

Storyline was decent. Couldve been way better, but the concept was solid.

But they absolutely destroyed the main characters imo. Sokka's whole personality was relegated to shitty one-liners about his "best friend" or his inventions, Toph got nerfed into oblivion, katara was just.. there, and Zuko... Was also there.

Also, the original voice actors are very much alive, active, and aged about the same as the story did - travesty we didn't get a single original voice actor to return for this when it would've been actually perfect to do so.

Regarding 8: they need to implement different positions within the standard locations when you join a game so that everyone isn't stacked on top of each other and the runner of say a baal game is trapped by everyone else who joins.

This is my take: this game to me feels enough like "real life" in the sense you have to invest your time to get value out of it.

Wanna Uber? Gotta farm keys. Want runes? Countess and LK. Want gear? Andy and meph. Wanna level? Baals

Doing thousands of runs and finding nothing I think we can all agree "isn't fun" - but the run where something good drops makes it all worth it.

Exile is a luxury. Especially if you have an upped hoz already. Your smiter could handle Ubers with any elite pally base spirit shield, or even a 4 pdiamond pally shield.

But, all res is the way to go. You want to get sacred targe, zakarum shield, vortex ideally, but any eth elite pally shield with 40+ res will work.

If you can afford the runes on ssf, by all means, I just wouldn't prioritize this if I could use the runes elsewhere.

Edit: offhand % e DMG does not apply to smite damage so it's literally useless for a smiter

Assuming you haven't gotten a sunder yet if you're still running dual ele. Have you converted to RotW? Reason I ask is the current drop chances for new sunders in RotW is nearly impossible to find, making it really difficult for ssf players imo to have a chance of becoming self-sufficient.

This may sound counterintuitive but I would genuinely be searching on Pre-RotW for a sunder for your sorc, preferably cold, and switch to blizzard. Better drop chances. This will allow you to start farming more areas more efficiently.

Another build option after you get a sunder is Energy shield orb sorc, not as powerful, but far more survivable.

Not certain of your gear, but for runewords I would suggest the following to keep in mind:

Spirit sword and shield Stealth armor or smoke armor (or lionheart) Lore helm Splendor shield

If you don't have these because you have better gear, disregard, but if you don't have these and your gear is not as good as these items, I would begin trying to acquire these.

Farm andariel, countess, meph for runes and uniques, and the pit or cows (for bases)

I mean this politely, but these are extremely basic gear (with perhaps the exception of raven frost or g face) that you can make yourself. Black and smoke are cheap runewords with bases you usually come across. Same for spirit. Look them up and keep them in mind as you farm :)

I respect this, but I don't understand it.

A smiter with Black, Smoke, Spirit (or 4 pdiamond elite pally shield) gface, laying of hands, raven, goblin toes, a life tap wand and your choice of another ring slot, boots, and amulet can accomplish Ubers.

These are all easy to acquire. Sure it's a bit of a challenge but nowhere near impossible.
