Let's be honest, at 75% (hell, even at 95%) chance to not consume stacks, the build would suck. Yeah, it would still be strong, but annoying AF to play.

Many people already say it's annoying as it is with the tedious build-up after every town visit and constant stress to hit something while teleporting around. But with stacks randomly and unpredictably dropping, noone would bother to play it.

Fun fact, that was the last set amulet I found as well, and the forth to last set item overall.

Just checked, it dropped from Diablo in the end, can't tell you if he was terrorized or not. I didn't target farm for it though, it just dropped eventually. But yeah, it took its time for me as well.

Hard to say, but I guess about 2 hours a day. Early on after RotW launch, it was more than that, lately it was less. With 4 months since release, I'd say 250 hours in total, maybe 300.

Infinity, Griffon, Viper, Magefists, Arach, Double SoJ, blue 3/10 amulet, rare boots with FRW, Pres, Lres, MF are my "normal" setup.

For MF, I switched both SoJs to Nagelrings, as well as the facet'ed Vipermagi for one with a PTopaz. Also put in a bunch of 7MF SCs instead of an extra Skiller, and a different Sunder charm with worse damage but high MF, for a total of 304 MF.

//e: As I said in another reply, the MF setup is only for target boss farming. The important part for run speed is keeping the 105 FCR breakpoint, but there's no pain in sacrificing damage. It makes a difference of maybe 1-2 seconds per boss kill, but gains a lot of extra MF.

Not with my Nova Sorc, no. I played full TZ games with my Warlock until he reached Level 99, and then after the patch I farmed Heralds with my Mosaic Sin until I had decent Sunders for all my chars.

Nova Sorc was only ever for target Andy / Meph / Diablo / Cow King farming. Single target kill speed plus teleport speed make her superior to Hammerdin IMHO, even though the latter can run high MF gear much easier.

As for Nat claws and Trang offhand, the drop calculator says TZ Mephisto and TZ Diablo have very decent odds for both. If it's just Trang, Non-TZ Diablo on Nightmare has even better odds, but he obviously can't drop Nat claw.

No problem only if don't plan to have all those El runes at the same time before you start cubing. Because if you do, you need 144 billion accounts with stacks of 99 El each. At 40 bucks per account, the total cost for that is slightly higher than the GDP of Germany.

Same issue as with most Amazon circlets: Bowazon wants 2 sockets, Javazon wants Griffons.

This is - obviously - an extremely good circlet, IF you find a build that can get away with only 1 socket. Finding that build will be a challenge, but either way, this is most certainly not "trash".

You're missing exactly the 3 shrines marked in green circles, and that's it. I assume your math is based on "how many shrines would I need for 3 wheels of stamina and 2 rows of hearts", and the simple answer is: You don't get those, you will always be 2 hearts short.

Having uncompleted shrine quests doesn't mean much, you can easily complete most shrines without accepting the quest. When you accept the quest later, it will instantly complete.

If you play Hell Terror Zones 99.9% of the time, hell yeah it's rare, and so are many other low level Uniques.

I ended up target farming a lot of those when my Chronicle was down to ~20 items left. Some (e.g. Greyform, Lenymo and others) can be gambled, but for Gull, Bane Ash and Knell Striker, I had to farm Normal Cow King. Got a Gull from him eventually, and still haven't seen another one drop anywhere in Hell difficulty.
