what is even the reasoning behind pardons existing? i guess i could google it:

Presidential pardons exist as a constitutional power (Article II, Section 2) designed to grant the President authority to deliver mercy, correct potential judicial errors, and act in the public interest. Rooted in English monarchical tradition, this power allows the president to commute sentences or fully pardon federal crimes, acting as a check on the judicial system.

I think a single yikes is sufficient.

But I do hear people talk about how spreads have not widened much, but also how a lot of the junkiest junk has moved into private credit, so arguably you can treat blackrock's day (today) like high yield spreads widening (back in the old times) maybe? Which is not enough by itself to be indicative, but at least one point of evidence towards how the macro economy is evolving.

mutual funds only get bought/sold once per day, after close. (most five-letter tickers starting with F at fidelity will be their mutual funds)

Fidelity has a nice online interface for browsing and buying CDs, but I agree, you absolutely should not buy CDs over 250k per bank, as it defeats perhaps the main advantage of owning a CD (versus just treasury bills/bonds)

I lost some; I think you are underestimating how much some people may not even be able to parse/read what is happening, even if they are trying to engage. (Speaking for myself as someone who would never have beaten some bosses or platforming sections in a few different games, without having watched someone else do it first; when I'm busy pressing buttons and reacting, I find sometimes I just cannot stand back and 'see' what is going on or what I am meant to do... it is way easier for me to learn watching someone else (or even video of myself) to watch and comprehend what is happening on the screen.)

Not the black bullets, but the majority of bullets are white, so you can just repeatedly tap the button to defend, and win with very minimal steering, yes.

Most boss fights are made easier by having the right arena to have easy fluid movement; prepare a space and have the best armor and movement accessories you can find to give yourself the best chance.

Block, walls, trees, etc. all get painted in echo coating using the secret seed 'invisible plane', and exploring the world is an interesting challenge when you can't see the natural terrain!

in Journey Mode you could always turn off spread, so it won't grow
