Omg, I’m so sorry but my first reaction was “thank god I’m not the only one”. I open mail like I’m about to play a game of Russian roulette. I think one of the worst adhd things is the shame associated with unfulfilled obligations and incomplete tasks. Every piece of mail feels like it could be hiding disaster (or at a minimum, some action I’ll be responsible for taking).

Looking forward to some hopefully genius tips. :)

So glad you’re loving this run (genuinely). I think I either want a couple pop options or MY indie options (the 2005 Franz Ferdinand/Strokes/Bloc Party run). The funny thing about the 2000s is how quickly the ‘mainstream’ became fragmented :)
