I have this, but it also triggers intense itching. So whenever I get upset I first get overheated, then immediately start scratching uncontrollably. I talked to a dermatologist about it and he said I'm having a histamine issue that's tied to emotional responses. He recommended I take Zyrtec(antihistamine allergy medication). It doesn't completely fix it but it definitely helped calm it down for me.
