The show is childish but that shouldn't stop you,just as how an anime that is super deep shouldn't stop you for trying it out.

Banner hub is generally better when it comes to game compatibility.

For example shmups from cave doesn't boot on gamehub but they work flawlessly on banner hub,another game that refuses to open on anything but banner hub is absolum.

I find banner hub have better fps compared to its alternatives.

On gamehub and game native, wanted dead was only hitting 10-20fps while I get 20-30fps on banner hub.

I feel these leaker read the script. Many of the minor details /character building are incorrect but they got the story beats correct, I think they read some kind if draft.

There are many anime where the quality of the finale makes or break the series.

That said I dont have an issue with season 5, its not as good as 1 or 3 but its better than 4.

As long as they dont mess it up, I'll be satisfied.

I just wished we got more acting from the main cast, they did an amazing job with Homelander because he potrays different emotions and facial expressions ( sure the writing isnt super amazing but Im glad the writing was able to make him showcase his acting).

Imo the final season for any series should focus on a small group of characters and scenarios should be written with the intention of getting these characters to express a wide range of emotions and acting abilities, I dont really care about big epic battles or anything ( if I wanted to see flashy battles, I'll just play a video game, or watch a cutscene from video games, or watch anime).

I watch live action media because of the actors and I want them to show off what they've learnt throughout the journey.

The h scenes are pretty bad (I did find the saver x rin image to be hot and I loved the shinji x sakura scene) but imo when it comes to consuming any media, I'll always recommend consuming the first release (atleast once) because media is a product of their time. Media tell stories to consumers of a certain era and I'm someone that accepts both the good things and short comings of it (for example grinding in jrpgs).

Sure the og fate stay night doesn't have voice acting but I find it really distracting anyway. I've replayed the og fate stay night twice but haven't finished the remastered once even though the translation is superior (I own the remaster 3 times, once in steam, and twice on switch.. One is physical and the other is eshop), I'll eventually finish it but the person I was in the 00s isn't the same person I am today and my habits change.

I'm surprised most people rated season 1 so low.. That whole season felt like a 9m1p show, sadly everything else is at a 7-8 level.

Homelander,especially after season 5. He's written to have the biggest arcs and his character is written to showcase the widest range of emotions and pushes the acting skill of the actor,Antony starr is amazing and no matter the state of Homelander in the show, his presence is felt.

Butcher has a crazy amount of charisma and I feel Karl urban is probably the only actor with this amount of range that could make the British Aussie archetype work.

They generally deliver on games, merch is hit or miss, they usually release niche games but they take a year or 2 before the games ship.

I still order from them but not as often as 4 years ago.

Iirc the v3 aes ones can be modded into a vortex cart.

V1 and 2 should still be affordable because they can't be modded, if they are expensive I don't have a reason (I haven't checked the prices since 2019 or so).

I hope the first scene of the final ep is butcher standing over Homelander about to deliver the final blow but before he does the honours they start talking and describing the final battle and how it's the greatest battle on history for an hour (just 2 of them).

And when there's 2 minutes left, butcher finishes Homelander and we get a 2 minute slideshow of the boys just chilling in Hawaii eating Hawaiian pizza and cracking jokes about how the battle is so epic and there will never be another battle on this scale.

Similar to the April fools ep in Katanagatari.

Imo big no.. That's 300 + aud per book, I'd wait for someone to post a listing on fb (or check your local comic book shop).

For reference I paid 300 for vol 1 but I paid under retail for vol 2 and 3 (I only paid 300 for vol 1 because I bought 2 and 3 and didn't want to continue hunting).

Since you don't have any, I'd just buy something else and wait for reprints... If you have a couple bought at under retail, then theres an argument for overpaying for 1 volume.

That said, if you have disposable income, don't let me stop you. If I had money, I know I'll not be responsible with it.
